Jeffrey Paul Hugo was born on October 10, 1976 in Chilton, Wisconsin, the son of Paul and Barbara Hugo. He grew up in Chilton, along with his two brothers, Eric and Andy. Jeff was fortunate to be part of a very loving extended family and was very close to his grandparents and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jeff met his future fiance Britt at a New Year’s Eve party in 2006 and he proposed on February 4, 2009. They were planning a June 26, 2010 wedding. Jeff’s Fight Against Cancer.
