這星期的開始反反復復聽著林海峰的 三字頭 及看著星期日明報的一篇文章 香港老化 食老本 , 覺得兩者有著微妙的關係。 在 香港老化 食老本 中提及一些例子:. 2 在十多年前, 香港最年輕的立法會議員叫涂謹申, 當選時28歲; 今屆最年輕的立法會議員叫陳智思, 39歲, 和十多年後的涂謹申年紀差不了多少! 3 十多年前的民主黨領導層有李永達和何俊仁, 十多年前的第二梯隊? 4 在十多年前, 香港最年輕的政策局長叫鄺其志, 才40出頭; 現在40幾歲的AO, 頂多只能做個D4副署長, 連常任秘書長的資格都未有，更不用說問責局長了。 作者認為一個人口不斷老化的社會, 年齡結構呈 倒金字塔 形，同時亦會逐漸由強調 量才為用 , 演變成一個 論資排輩 的社會。 箇中原因非常簡單, 就是有大量中年以上的人士(香港嬰兒潮世代), 仍在等待進升機會, 於是出現了社會流動的樽頸。 作者認為這班香港嬰兒潮世代食老本, 他們逐漸形成一個利益社群體, 並透過同學和朋輩網絡互相支持, 他們的特殊需要, 最終淩駕了整体社會進步的需要。 聽著林海峰的 三字頭 , 歌詞是這樣說的:. 諗d野 傾d野 搞d野 唔想hair.

與他談天南地北，我說我巴西、北歐之旅, 他說他抗州, 黃山之旅。 老餅B 的年歲比我大, 又在工作上飽歷風霜, 當然有很多做人的道理。 我們談到人總有不同的階段: 讀書,工作,結婚,生仔.有些人會跑得快些而快些經歷過不同的階段, 當然有些人會慢些, 甚至乎停留在某一階段。 但亦有人因未有足夠的準備而進入另外的階段, 這會做成一些問題, 如不小心解決, 更會弄至離婚或家庭問題。 老餅B 亦對我勉勵一番, 老餅B , 我會不計較地努力追回一切! 我們又談論了以前大學中的人與事, 大學的生活的確令我嚮往, 亦令我有很多得著, 尤其是在思想上我懂得思考及批判, 這是我中學學不到的。 聽到一些舊同學的新消息, 都是結左婚, 生左仔, 浮浮沉沉.當中亦分折了很多人的性格及本性。 和 老餅B 真的談了很多很多, 從十一時談到淩晨一時, 因各自明早要上班而要各自回家。 但這次的閒聊感覺很好, 老餅B 是一個很好的傾計腳呀! 叫你的仔女第時早d談戀愛, 讓他們多些選擇, 早些明白甚麼叫戀愛! 身邊有一個朋友, 以常常到戲院看戲和快看到一套戲為榮, 當講起一套戲時, 就問你這套戲是不是在戲院看、說他己看了, 但這代表甚?
