Okay, I’ve been getting hit with questions about people wanting to order a copy of the book, but they only see the ebook version available for order on Amazon and Barnes and Noble’s site and the other places. To clarify: so far there is only an ebook. It was a difficult decision. I LOVE holding a book in my hands, rifling through the pages; to me, that’s a huge part of the book experience.
