I certainly don't think anyone who is wishing to make a run in 2012 would be making any type of annoucement this early for President. It's definalty something to be watching later on. The AP reports, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal said Wednesday he's not interested in a 2012 Republican presidential bid and will seek a second term as governor in 2011.

Nearby, a biologist found about “25 nickel-sized tar balls per square foot.”. Wow; that’s a lot of crude. But when it balls up, at least it’s easier to clean up. Sort of, of course.
