Jeff's Blog of Stuff. Friday, February 5, 2010. The sun was shining today so I went for another run today at lunch with Jason. Well I guess. Could say we ran 1/2 together and then 1/2 with me falling behind. It felt similar to last time I got a run in, so I know I have my work cut out for me. I definitely. Need to run with Jason at least once a week from now until the race season is over. So along with my race planning, I developed a workout schedule for me to follow as well. Tues: Recreate Class and Swim.

That is 8,000 people deciding it would be fun to run 26.2 miles. If I read the webpage correct, they are going to have a half marathon next year. Barbell complex x 5 going up in weight each round. 6 bent over rows. 6 hang clean squats. 115% of bodyweigh(210#)t dead lift X 10. 25 box jumps 24 inch. Push press followed by 30 second overhead hold. Thursday, June 25, 2009. Tri training is going well. Went on a 3 mile run with Jeff yesterday and felt really good. Legs are stil very very sore as are my triceps and lats(not sure why on the last two). Dead lift @ 185. 1 squat minute 1.
