August 12, 2010 at 8:19 pm ( Uncategorized. 1 package ground soy crumbles (equivalent to 1lb ground beef) – I prefer BOCA or YVES. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 small red onion, minced. 1/2 red bell pepper, minced. 1 (145oz) can crushed tomatoes. 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard. 2 tsp soy sauce. 1 tsp chili powder. August 18, 2010 at 2:26 pm ( Uncategorized. 3tbsp all purpose flour. 1/8 tsp dry mustard. 1/8 tsp chili powder. 2cups milk (I used almond milk). 2 cups 100% whole wheat elbow macaroni. 2cups shredded cheddar cheese(i used fat free but some may not like the stringy texture it gives so 2% may be best). Preheat oven to 350. In medium saucepan melt butter blend in flour mustard salt and pepper. Cook until mixture is bubbly gradually add milk. Gradually mix in cheese.
