Since I was facing east when photographing them I was glad to get there early before the sun crested above the falls. Being here on an overcast day would have been good too. 年紀越大 需要記的事亦越來越多. 好多生活細節亦會被遺忘. Friday, April 23, 2010. 加上有個Project喺手, 佔據咗大部份嘅工作時間, 工作忙, 無空餘時間寫Blog. 3月14日係 普施健「沙田10K」河畔賽2010. 七點左右已經可以攞號碼布, 唔駛等到七點半, 安排唔錯. 影完相及換衫鞋後, 拉筋熱身, 跟住慣例同阿輝Jog一段路. 起跑點同集合點有一段距離, 所以食完Energy Gel後, 慢Jog到起跑點. 由於起跑路段頗窄, 我哋唔敢企得太前, 以免阻礙其他高手, 所以留喺起跑點前嘅隧道內. 起跑後, 路段被花槽分成左右兩半, 我去咗左邊, 阿輝去咗右邊. 初段2Km, 勉强可以跟到阿輝, Pace 4:15-4:20左右, 但係已經開始覺得無力. 之後唯有繼續死捱, 維持Pace 4:35. 當時已知PB無望, 所以唔諗咁多, 盡能力跑. 過咗回頭點後, 體力已經開始下降, Pace曾經跌到超過4:40. 去到最尾500m, 超越「大露背」, 可能佢嘅狀態都係麻麻哋. 到最後200m, 發力過埋「黑炭頭」. 成績相當麻麻, 只係比 香港10公里挑戰賽.
