Thursday, April 1, 2010. Another reason I stopped buying Charmin. So pretty much I was in my bed til 11:00 am swatting my kids away because my stomach hurt and I got minimal sleep the night before. Anytime I abandon my kids (or leave them with their father) I know I will need to call in HAZMAT (which is me, by the way) to deal with the repercussions. Today was no exception. Doubtful. Friday, December 17, 2010. I've been meaning for a while to buy a candy jar. One that sits on my entry table and holds seasonal candy. A couple of weeks ago I finally got one and filled it with peppermint kisses. So, yummy! I got a good laugh out of that. A few days later, I again quized my kids on the number of days and as soon as everyone yelled out the right number Porter said, "I'll get the candy! Thursday, September 15, 2011. Happy Birthday, Regan! It feels like I just keep doing birthday posts! Today is Regan's 14th birthday! It seems like not too long ago she looked like this:. She still does that goofy smile. Regan still cracks me up. She's so sarcastic and I have no idea where she got that! Must be from her dad. Monday, September 17, 2012. Party on the Golf Cart. Yesterday we went over to Mike and Amy's house (Dave's sister) for sushi night. I love sushi night! Seriously. Best thing EVER. The kids love to go visit Mike because he has a golf cart. They love Mike and they love Mike's golf cart. Mike pulled right up to where we were sitting on the front porch. Sunday, October 11, 2009. Olivia at her best. This morning I had to chase an uncooperative Livvy around the house to put some piggies in her hair before church. The child needs all the help she can get with that self-appointed hair cut she is slowly growing out. Anyway, I cornered her in the kitchen where she screamed at me, "MOMMY! I DON'T WANT MY HAIR DONE! I WANT TO LOOK LIKE WHITE TRASH! Never a dull moment with Liv. So yes, I did tackle her to the floor and put piggies in her hair. Olivia at her best.
