The things I'm up to when the kids are in bed -after eight. Friday, May 01, 2009. I just can't get enough of this fiber and spinning craze I'm in at the moment. I do admit that it is a craze at the moment because I think about it most of my non-busy time. I love looking at other spinner's yarns that they have made as well as unspun fiber hand dyed by such creative and talented people. I've had the opportunity to spin different dyer's fibers and have made myself a member in a few fiber clubs. 8 wpi, 3 ply.

Life in the "Speed" Lane. Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Introducing Lucy Danger Speed. You all have seen many pictures of Lucy and some have even met her in person but I have to update our blog with a proper introduction. Miss Lucy Danger arrived 13 days early on 11/6/11 and wasted no time in her arrival. My water broke around 6:00pm. I figured I had time to take a shower, freshen up, labor at home, etc. I figured this was my 1st labor/delivery I have a TON of time right. WRONG! Weighing in at 6.6 lbs.

Usually, it will start out with one of the kids, then spread to another, and then another over the next couple days until we've all had the sneezes.
