Thursday, March 17, 2011. Brian and I have always been fans of Las Vegas but randomly we ended up there 3 times in two weeks. First, our President Day Weekend vacation we had planned at a Carlsbad resort got canceled the day before we were to arrive due to overbooking. Bags already packed and kids hopes high we left Disneyland without a hotel room booked and drove to Vegas (booking along the way). I had the most amazing LUCK this trip, not the usual for my trips to Vegas:). A kids dream: The Sugar Factory.

We LOVE being with cousins, making dinners, riding in the boat, wake boarding, tubing, ice cream at Miller's, games at night, movies for the kids, basking in the sun for hours and swimming in the lake. We spent two days immersing ourselves in all things Disney.perfect weather, fun with family, first time for babies, tons of rides, spent the night in a hotel, frozen lemonades, fireworks, Ariel's Grotto, VIP Worlds of Color show, parades, churros, Nix pulling a critical slight tippy toe for the measurement to ride Indiana Jones (it worked! We we had such a great time and were pretty amazed at how smoothly it went with all four!

For some reason when it gets to our kids birthdays we always end up celebrating several times-with friends, families, etc. So Saturday night, we went to Presley's favorite restaurant Cho Cho San, a teppan restaurant. We had the extra treat of Tay Tay's presence. It is always great to see her ans she always makes sure that these special times are well documented! Opening Day of Soccer!

Presley and I spent a delightful day at The Grove and American Girl Store celebrating Presley's BFF Bree's 9th birthday. It was a perfect day of shopping, doll ear piercing (really!
