Monday, September 29, 2008. Once we were back on track, it was a grueling, but pleasant ascent. Sidsel and I move at similar paces and need to break at similar times, so it was a good day. We took advantage of all the benches along the hiking path and had some very good sandwiches and cookies. Saturday, November 22, 2008. We have snow again. And by snow I mean 2 1/2 feet of powdery wonderful. Last night I spent an hour sledding down a hill with the Juliette Low Seminar participants. Some of them had never seen snow before much less played in it. And I realized that although we spoke different languages and had completely different backgrounds, giggling is universal.
