His name will be Parker John Gade Hansen. Whether he likes it or not his nickname will probably always be Mo. We've told friends and family and they are so excited for us. It's a great feeling. Parker's heartbeat was strong and he's continuing to grow. It is getting so exciting! Kara spent a little time talking to some of the nurses that helped us through the insemination process. They are so happy for us, it's just amazing. Like me, they can't believe we are only ten weeks from delivery. The time has gone so fast. Posted by Jen and Kara.

We took Parker to his first pumpkin patch a couple weeks ago. It was Bartels Farm Pumpkin Patch in Fort Collins, CO. It was great. Farm animals to feed, a corn maze (we didn't do this), a hay bale maze that we plan to do next year when the little one can walk better, a hay ride, and pumpkins for as little as $1! For those of you that don't know, rice cereal is essentially rice that has been pulverized to a fine, flat, dust. You mix it with formula and it forms a sort of white paste. So, after years and years - it's all done! We're are now officially, completely, legally R's parents! We also got to see R's birthmother and sister while we are there. SOOO great seeing them. We'll be playing, and then I'll realize that the entire front of her shirt isn't just wet, but absolutely soaking. Kade, Jen, Paxten and Bristal Leavitt. Friday, June 29, 2012. Here, there and everywhere! We have been crazy busy since summer is in full swing. We finally finished putting in the rest of our sprinkler system (it was a HUGE job) and got the grass all planted. It's coming up quickly and we can't wait to put it to good use!
