My new years resolution this year….is to get more 14-25 year old young women into girl guiding with a particular focus on those younger girls who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. I want to get them to join our senior section unit. On Friday 4th of May 2012 at 11am BST, approximatly 24 years 6 months and 28 days after taking it on, I made my final mortgage payment on my house. I am strangely not as excited about this fact as I should be. I think once the house is actually sold and the work completed on the new one and I've actually spent a night there I'm gonna to be happier. In the mean time here's to a bit o' M.
