What Information Can be Obtained? Through the Jen and Dave Program, parties will have access to certain criminal charges filed against the other individual named in the child custody case. Information is available on the charges listed below:. Luring child into vehicle or structure. Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Sexual intercourse with animal. Withold information from law enforcement relating to sex offender. Harbor, attempt or assist harboring sex offender. Conceal death of child.
