At 9:36 pm under Uncategorized. Sooooo. yeah blog. I think I can still say the word. Maybe I will start posting again. but yuck my site looks ancient and all sorts of phooey. I had a baby (July 30, 2013 to be exact)! The cutest little girl in the whole wide world. I went back to work part-time, now working in Downtown San Jose. I’ve dabbled in some freelance food photography for a local new restaurant. Lots of fun there. Baby baby baby baby is pretty much the rest of my time. 3 responses so far.

For several years now I have kept 90% of my totes, purses, makeup bags, and various wallets and coin purses in one of our large drawers. (The other two drawers contain shoes and camera goodies. Clothing? So the towels have taken up residency on our dresser. Yuck. I’m sure Sheldon would not like it either. BEFORE: Boring. Empty. DURING: Large tote bags now have a home! And theeeen… another row, with caddy for wallets and small stuff!

At 12:05 pm under baby. Sometimes I have these moments were I see a cute little baby and suddenly I’m not moving and realize omg. We’re going to have one of those. Near me, in my arms, blinking, breathing, wiggling pooping, crying, drooling but. I had one of these realizations smack dab in the middle of dinner out with Adam the other night. Adam and I were having a conversation – and not a rushed one or full of random gibberish of the day. It was actually a pretty good one! Did I miss a conversation?

Been home a few months now and am looking for a job…maybe I should change my blog name to “How to Find a Job after Peace Corps” cause it’s NOT easy. I think I’ve signed up to every online job search engine known to man. I applied for a job with the San Francisco Peace Corps office and got it; only to find out a couple days later that Peace Corps had a hiring freeze and they considered the position “non-essential” so no job for me. Monday, December 21, 2009. I'm on my way home and surprisingly not too nervous about it at the moment. Maybe I'll get anxious when I actually step off the plane and am about to see my Mom and brother. Do you realize how many cities there are in the U.S?
