I’m back to 219 and I now have skillz to lose weight again! I am so happy to have found a solution because regular ole low carb just wasn’t working anymore. I wasted a YEAR… yeah…. I was 222 at my 6 week checkup after Kayley! Next goal- 210. That’s merely “overweight” on the BMI charts ...

Now everyone out there in interweb land can see what we've been doing for the last month or two. In September we went and saw "Walking With the Dinosaurs Live"- I was able to get TJ and myself really good, really cheap tickets to the live show of the popular BBC program. This is a mother T-Rex defending her baby. And now for the video. Then in October, we went camping.
