Saturday, August 8, 2015. Oh Canada, I love your Poutine. I was in Prince Edward Island last week for a beautiful wedding. Small and intimate. Awesome food. I had a great time. Earlier that day we enjoyed lunch by the water. I could not resist the lobster poutine on the menu. Everyone wanted a taste and it was definitely the best order of the table - hands down. Instead of the traditional gravy, they used a delicious lobster sauce on the fries with cheese curds mixed in. Crazy good. Wine Country - Oregon.

Wednesday, August 5, 2015. I rented a car last week from Thrifty. Car rental fail. The story starts when my flight was delayed for 5 hours. Yes, 5 hours in Toronto. No offense Canadian friends but that terminal is terrible. Terrible. I landed in Philly at 11:25 pm. I promptly went outside and stood by the rental car shuttle area. A mountain is stretching the meaning a bit far as it peaks only at around 700 ft but we had a glorious feet-aching walk up it today and got a birdeye's view of the city of Montreal. Nearby is a 103ft-high illuminated cross that has been one of Montreal's most famous landmarks since 1924. Then on top of the mountain lie two vast cemeteries offering a tranquil moment in time.
