Wednesday, 6 January 2010. Looking back.and forward. 2009 was an exciting year in a number of different ways. The second National Account Manager was Mr Tommy Dryhurst of Pepsico and, again, he has worked hard and campaigned and developed relationships amongst the wholesalers and central office, and is recognised within Sugro for his knowledge, comradeship and hard work. Once again, we recognised his contribution and rightly deserved it was. Let us hope that the politicians’ wishes do not come true...

Wednesday, 18 November 2009. I recently came across two articles quoting that “A sweet a day helps your children grow up violent”. How ridiculous that the media would even apply credence to such a slow news story but worse, that the sensationalist media peddled it in different guises around the UK. I am no expert but I assume that all of these children also had other foods everyday - baked beans maybe, a good old lunch or even evening meal?
