Thu: 7 at LR pace with a few mid 6s mixed in. The calf is doing much, much better this week than last, although I think I may have jumped the gun a little with a faster run and a 12 miler. T: 1 @ 5:20 4 @ 5:49 1 @ 5:20. Th: 75 with 2 x (2/5 @ 2:00, 1/5 @ 58). S: 11 with 4x5x440y. S: 16 at 7:15 pace. Sunday was an easier long run - 16 at 7:15 pace.
