Monday, March 9, 2009. St George Courtyard is the BOMB! Russ(GM) went to an awards Banquet over the weekend and brought home 4 awards. The first one we got was the "GSS Giant " for being top preformers in four categories: Cleanliness, Well Maintained, Least Problems Experienced, and intent to recommend. The second one Russ won for being "GM of the year"! The third one Russ won for " Dimond GM". The forth one we one was "Dimond" for the Hotel. Look at those Puppies Shine! He likes his picture taken).

Wednesday, February 11, 2009. So Austin, Taryne and me spent a saturday together why curtis and melinda went to softball games. We Played the Wii. Austin played vido games all day! Taryne Waitung for her turn to play. When the rain stopped me and taryne needed some outside time. She kept trying to get in wade's car. Stepping in the mud just because it was there. We stayed at the Worldmark and went to Caesars Palace for dinner and the concert. I'm pretty sure I was the youngest person by 30 years at the concert but we still had a fun time. Thursday, April 14, 2011. The fog was so thick we could not see the temple until we got right up to it. I dropped my parents off and the kids and I drove around since it was so cold and snowy outside. First stop. BATHROOM! Zaydee thinks she needs to try every bathroom. EVERYWHERE! Thursday, July 29, 2010. When Coni was ready to go home, I got to go with her! I had just finished my finals and got to have a little mini vacation before starting school again. We stopped in Mesquite to pick up her chiminea, that she got for her birthday, and headed down the road. It was an 11 hour drive but it seemed like 20 minutes. We figured out how to solve ALL. Sad about it now though.). Picked the tomatoes and green beans. Went to the farmers market. Shopping at Santana Row. Shopping at the mall.

Jenn's cakes and bakes. Wednesday, 6 June 2012. Super moist no-butter carrot cake. As many people probably already know, I've had a lot of time off recently. So today I set myself the "use whatever I have in the cupboard challenge. I adapted this recipe from BBC Good Food's 101 cakes and bakes. 175g light muscovado sugar (I prefer to use muscovado over standard light brown sugar). 175ml sunflower oil (looks a lot but does the job! Grated zest of 1 lemon. 175g self raising flour. 1 tsp bicarb of soda.
