Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Farm life update no. 8. The past few years of harvest had been pretty low key for me: I went and helped in the field, but only for a few hours at a time. Thursday, April 10, 2014. Oldest sister co. visits (2014 - because Im anticipating more in the future.). Downtime at home and the farm. Bryan and Lisa had a lovely first few days here, weather-wise. The kids had a blast in the sunshine and green; Roxy "fed" my plants frequently, David discovered golfing. They stayed in the guest house across the breezeway, so every morning until they were acclimated to our time zone, we were awakened by a vigorous doorbell ringing. We didn't mind:). Day at the Coast.

Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Emerson : 5 and 6 months. Sleep this month was a little rough. Emerson seemed to wake up a few times a night, with some nights where she would do great and sleep until 5ish. She is still sleeping in our room and usually ends up in bed with us for some parts of the night if I fall asleep while feeding her.
