I got some zucchini squash, sweet onion, and parsley this week from my CSA (along with a variety of other yummy veggies), and so I cooked this up on Sat night. It was yummy! Stuffed Zucchini "boat" thingies:. 1 med-lg sized zucchini. 1/2 lg or one sm-med onion (I used a "candy onion" but a vidalia or a yellow or white onion would do), chopped. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 c Seasoned stuffing mix. 1 clove garlic, minced.

The Stepmother's Guide to the Universe. Monday, August 11, 2008. Look what I can do! I can make a HUMAN BEING! Yes, this 9lb 14oz kid was home-made by me. I'm so proud. We had called him "Man-bear Cub" when I was pregnant with him. I guess we had him pegged pretty well, considering how big he is. In Melanie's world, 9lb 14oz is like a 3 or 4 month old, at least! BTW, I think I look SO SEXY after 19 hours of labor. Don't you? What the heck did they do to my hair while I was on the operating table?

The truth is, I'm busier at work now, so I can't just sit around and blog as much. You see, when it turns January, it's time for baby horses to be born. She's getting shipped to Canada in 2 days for the boss's son, who lost his dog to cancer a couple weeks ago. But I'll enjoy her while I can. Awww sweet puppy.but, would you really want a hard-headed yippy control freak of a Jack Russell puppy to be around the horses?
