knittiana!: Shopping... And Socks...
http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2008/10/shopping-and-socks.html
October 1, 2008. Shopping. And Socks. There has been knitting. And shopping. Honestly, mostly shopping. but let's talk about knitting first. I finished a pair of socks for a very good friend of mine, Sanda. She has been helping me for a long time, taking care of Elijah when I was in hospital and now after we moved she has super cleaned the new apartment so that Richard and I have less work ahead when we are on our own. But I think I mentioned that previously. We have 'Katia Colibri'. Subscribe to: Post C...

knittiana!: Reporting Back From The Battlefield
http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2009/01/reporting-back-from-battlefield.html
January 14, 2009. Reporting Back From The Battlefield. What can I say? I am amazed that there is still someone out there reading my blog, considering the long absence. It makes me feel pretty good! But I have no good to report. After a few serious heart issues and an emergency surgery I am now waiting for a new heart. in hospital. I am not going home until a transplant has been successful. And revive my blogging and pattern writing. I think of you often and hope that things are going well. :). I've been ...

knittiana!: Last Post
http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2009/09/last-post.html
September 27, 2009. Juliana wanted me to write on her blog a final update for anyone out there still paying attention. She passed-away on 8th September following complications of the heart-transplant for which she waited 10 months in hospital. I will probably delete this blog on 1st November unless anyone can give me a good reason not to. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). All materials unless otherwise stated © Knittiana! knittiana!: Elijah's Easy-On Preview
http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2008/10/elijahs-easy-on-preview.html
October 2, 2008. May I present: Elijah's Easy-On. It is a vest, but on the left side it is open and can be. Buttoned if the designated wearer prefers to be dressed in an alternate way. My baby does. This was a pretty quick knit. If other projects had not taken up so much time in between I might have finished this in a few days. The size is generous, but hey, they grow fast and I rather have him look funny for a month than have me do all the work for nothing. The yarn used is Rowan Wool Cotton. Wow Elijah...

knittiana!: The Messy And The Dark Side Of Me
http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2008/07/messy-and-dark-side-of-me.html
July 24, 2008. The Messy And The Dark Side Of Me. The Messy Part And More. That's the view one is presented with when entering my room. A big armchair I inherited from my Favorite Aunt, a footstool (barely visible in the lower left corner) that I inherited from Aunt Dini. The spinning wheel I can use to my delight and the table I pile my WIP's. Where is the mess? Well, it's not in the picture. I am simply not able to get the whole 360* view one would need to see the overflowing basket with more WIP's.

Mary Jane, Midge & Mink: Hmmmm....
http://maryjanemidgemink.blogspot.com/2009/06/hmmmm.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2009. I'm not completely idle. I do knit. Do you have those months.I was going to say days, but really now, do you have those months when it seems like you get nothing done? A lot of what I'm working at is new to me, and there are so many different tasks, that I feel awash.sloshing around.head above the suds for only moments at a time. I'm Poodle-sitting this week, I do know how to do that. Auntie MJ takes no nonsense! Love the pink and green! June 30, 2009 2:44 PM. June 30, 2009 3:35 PM.

knittiana!: "What Is This?" Sunday
http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2008/10/what-is-this-sunday_14.html
October 14, 2008. I am sorry for the delay. I guess I should get my own Internet access some time to make things easier. But here we go! Fame and Honor To. Good job, thank you for playing! Bread, glorious bread! I want to say bread but I think it looks too brittle, so I'll say coral instead! I think it's a sponge. Could it be some kind of Ryvita-ish cracker? I reckon it's bread, too - and a great crumb, at that! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). All materials unless otherwise stated © Knittiana!

http://knittiana.blogspot.com/2008/10/what-is-this-sunday.html
October 5, 2008. In good old tradition we hereby proceed to the well beloved feature. I am certain you should have no problem with this, and I also think I should pick trickier stuff. Last week it was, of course, a tea bag. Jhadur. Fame and Honor to you! Still just as cute though :) Enjoy your family's visit x. Have a great time with your family! I was going to say drop spindle too, but I'm too late! I finally know what one is! And so does everyone else! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My Stash And I.
