Ever, only, all for Thee: While you are waiting....
http://all-for-thee.blogspot.com/2013/04/while-you-are-waiting.html
Ever, only, all for Thee. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27. Sunday, April 14, 2013. While you are waiting. While you wait for the fun posts, the ones with all the pictures and information about our precious children, I have a couple of other things for you to read. Thank you Susanna, for having such a wealth of information for me to pull from! Just a year ago the Pleven orphanage made national news here. Big news. In October the good news.

Ever, only, all for Thee. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27. Sunday, October 27, 2013. That's right, folks! In 12 hours my daughter Brianna and I will walk through the orphanage doors and come out with a son and daughter, a brother and sister. I'm finding it a little hard to fathom. We arrived in Bulgaria yesterday (Saturday) and we've been in a kind of 'wandering limbo' ever since. We've wandered through Sofia. I missed that the first time!

A Planting For His Glory: Bringing Ella Home - Part 2
http://aplantingforhisglory.blogspot.com/2012/06/bringing-ella-home-part-2.html
A Planting For His Glory. Our Journey to Adoption. Saturday, June 2, 2012. Bringing Ella Home - Part 2. This is the Sea of Japan within walking distance of our hotel in Vladivostok. It is absolutely beautiful with green rocks that wash up with the tide. We were sad to leave Vlad, but we were also ready to move on with our journey because it meant Ella was one more step closer to home. So we boarded the plane to Moscow! Marina met us at the airport, and we took a taxi to the hotel. Do you speak English?

A Planting For His Glory. Our Journey to Adoption. Monday, November 21, 2011. Thank you so much for all your prayers. Despite taking off in a blizzard in Moscow, we made it home safely! It's wonderful being home with Colvin and Georgia again. The hard part is that now it feels like someone is missing - Ella. We put up our Christmas tree tonight, and I wish she was here to share it with us. We knew this second wait would be harder since we would know her and miss her. And it is hard. Elvira Days 3 and 4.

A Planting For His Glory. Our Journey to Adoption. Thursday, February 2, 2012. In my brief stint in the adoption community, I’ve noticed a sad truth. Almost every facebook post about a waiting child is met with… crickets. There might be a couple responses from the usual responders – established adoption advocates or adoptive parents. But for the most part… crickets - an awkward social networking silence. Or even… none. The question I want to answer is why? Are people just selfish and apathetic? You might...

Here she is when she first got them. We call her our little librarian. Ella's 1st road trip! The girls with grandpa. All 5 of us on the pier. At the USS Alabama on the way home.
