They got to stay for almost a week - had to make that 18 hour drive worth it. Yep, that's right, they drove. They're dedicated grandparents! Papa and Jake reading his new Mickey Mouse Clubhouse book. We went to work out, buy groceries, and prepare the house. Wednesday night both my sisters (JJ and Jamie) with their families arrived at the house. It was so fun to have everyone together again. I feel like I have been in a weird fog the past couple months where any down time I get (when both girls are actually sleeping or preoccupied) I am trying to rest and recover to make it through the day. The days have been LOOONG this summer and yet I cannot believe it's August and time for another school year! And no, I am not pregnant!

After 14 years of shooting full time, and 13 years as Jennifer Marie Photography, Im setting my camera down. I have been cutting back on my workload for some time to prioritize some things and a little person that came into our lives for a season. We had a big change in our lives in the month of October that coincided with a job opportunity for me that draw s on my background and education as a 911 Police,Medical Dispatcher and Allied Health degree.
