These taste like a decadent cookie, but are a healthy and economical alternative to store bought granola bars. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 2/3 cup peanut butter. 5 tbsp. honey. 1 cup quick oats. 2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal. 2/3 cup rice or wheat bran. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
