This surgery is rarely needed by children and is only performed a dozen or so times a year by this landmark hospital. There really is no choice, however. Monday, December 31, 2012. Mark and I took the children down to where Mark proposed to me on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific in La Jolla. They enjoyed seal beach. We also told the children how their great grandfather built the building that changed the height restrictions on future buildings built there.
