My HCG Experience

Wednesday, March 16, 2011. 6 weeks after HCG. I am so happy to report that 6 weeks of eating on my own with no rules or regulations, I have been able to keep off AL. L the weight I lost while on the HCG program. I am happier and healthier than ever! I still keep carbs and sugars out of my diet and try to get to the gym at least 4days a week. I am still losing inches, but. Not as dramatically as before. A loss is a loss though :). I am now wearing a size 4 jean and Medium tops! Thursday, February 24, 2011.

Wednesday, December 29, 2010. R1 - P2 - D19. R1 and R2 total=46.6. Everyday I creep a little closer to the 120's. I think stressing about the wedding has definitely taken it's toll on me. My goal for today is just to relax, enjoy the kids and keep wishing for snow! I have 3 weigh ins to hit my goal of being in the 120's by New Year's Day. That is a .66666lb average for those days. :/ so far my daily average has been .52lbs! I think I'll be cutting it close! I am so excited! Monday, December 27, 2010.

Sunday, October 31, 2010. R1 - P2 - D44. Total weight loss=30.2 I HIT MY GOAL OF 30 LBS! As you've noticed I have quit posting what I have been eating.Reason for that is.I eat pretty much the same thing everyday! I have also reached my 30lb goal for this round and I am ECSTATIC! As of today I weigh 148.2 and I have lost a total of 15.5 inches! I just bought my first pair of size 7/8 pants (yes they are still a little snug, but they look GREAT on my ass! Which really shouldn't be a big deal! R1 - P2 - D38.

Monday, February 7, 2011. Final weight- 129.6. B- 335" W- 31.5" H- 36.5 T- 18" A- 10.5". I started my journey on September 18th! SOin less than 5 months I successfully lost 48.8lbs and changed my lifestyle completely! I can't believe how good I feel about myself now! I literally feel like an entirely new person! I went on a small shopping spree yesterday and walked right up to the size 7 section of the jeans rack grabbed a pair, tried them on and they fit perfectly! I couldn't believe it!

Monday, January 31, 2011. R2 - P3 - D20. Looks like I won't be hitting my 127.6 by tomorrow morning, but I'm ok with that! I had a long weekend! Went out to eat TWICE! Even though I made healthy choices. restaurant food is restaurant food! I'm not concerned though.I also didn't get to the gym Friday and Saturday cause Ryan was out of town and I visited friends(hence the eating out), but I did not have a gain this morning so I am happy about that! I can't believe tomorrow is my last day! R2 - P3 - D14.

Sunday, November 28, 2010. R1 - P4 - D2. So far I have been maintaining! I am actually still down .8lbs from my LDW! On December 11th I will be starting round 2 and I am super stoked to lose my remaining 28.2lbs! I am starting to feel great and look great! Tonight I actually ran, when I say ran I mean RAN, a 5k on the treadmill! I am no longer looking forward to being skinny;however, I AM looking forward to being fit and healthy! A new goal to add to the list is having a six pack by the time I'm 30!
