Monday, May 31, 2010. Thanks to all those family members and all others that have fought for our country! We are so grateful for those sacrifices made for our freedom! Adam Moody, Jason Myers, Scott Chalmers! For Memorial Day we enjoyed a day of relaxation after our camping trip.we slept in, laid around, went and hung out with Mat, Emily, Jason, Kyle, and Anthony for a few hours, and then came home and did some more laying around.(and for me updating the blog)! Attempting the triple decker!

Friday, June 4, 2010. Haden's 5th Grade Awards. Where we live in Texas there are 4 schools the kids attend.K-4 is Elementary.5th and 6th is Intermediate.7th and 8th is Middle.and 9th-12th is High. Haden was in his first year of intermediate school this year.he had such a fabulous year in 5th grade.he did so well! I was so proud at his awards ceremony.I was thrilled about all of his awards but he was most happy about receiving "Math Olympiad", "Top Ten in Team 5E" and "25 Mile Club". Haden with his awards!

A Builder of competent communication. A Builder of strong family values. A Builder of a love of education. A Builder of mind, body and spirit! Friday, March 13, 2009. More family in Texas! Dennis just has his Brother(Ken), Sister and her 2 girls move here from Florida. They live only 20 minutes away (Beaumont) and are trying to find a place in Lumberton. Dennis was offshore for the picture. This was their first time going to church with us. (Mary, Kim and Alex anyway). My kids went with the Youth to the Houston Temple, to do Baptism's. This was Breanna's first time! Breanna can't wait until July, when she can go to church dances as well!

Monday, May 31, 2010. Memorial Day Weekend Camping Trip. We were invited to go camping with 5 other families this weekend! We had so much fun! There were a total of 33 people.we camped at Possum Kingdom State Park. We had the best location for the campsites.right on the water, there was a huge area with 5 camp sites right together and one down on the water! There were 2 jet ski's that people brought.all of the kids had other kids their age.we had such a great time with great company. Lets try this again.

Well it is official.Addie has finished Kindergarten.it is so hard to believe that this school year is over.I looked forward to it with such anxiety.could not believe it was already time for her to be in school.and now the first year is gone!
