Just when you thought you had it all figured out. Tuesday, March 31, 2009. A word on power outages. Seattle is known for its power outages. If it gets windy here, the power is most assuredly going to go out. I'm not sure why this is. if it's older lines, lines that aren't underground, high winds, cross winds, I don't know. HOWEVER what is not fine is when we go to bed at 11pm and then at midnight we hear BRRP. As loud as possible. W.T.F. We just went to bed? How the HELL is the alarm already going off?
