a wretch like me: Book Review
http://gotta-keep-singing.blogspot.com/2008/03/i-finally-finished-elizabeth-gilberts.html
A wretch like me. Thursday, March 13. I finally finished Elizabeth Gilbert's. The reviews of this book are pretty much 50/50- love it or hate it. I can't committ to either side. If you would have asked me when I was halfway through I would have said YES, absolutely LOVE it. There were parts I was disappointed with, like the ending. But I have to say the best parts made up for all the not-so-great parts. There were parts in particular that I found brilliant. I say to them, “How did you find me here? He as...

http://lnwright.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
There's beauty in the breakdown. Sunday, December 16, 2007. Steve's message this morning was one those messages that has stuck with me all day. and it's been pretty much all i can think about. Or i have become it. i suppose. These things, these wounds, that have been given to me by old friends, family members, relationships.they define who i am. and it's in no way, shape , or form a good way. Friday, December 7, 2007. But i think it's safe to say that lately i have been checking my motivations. I have bee...

I used to just open up to anyone. anyone who would take the time to sit and listen to me cry, vent, bitch,or complain about my life. and i thought that was okay.but i'm growing and i'm learning.and i'm finding out that i have to protect myself and there is nothing wrong with that. Thanks for the plug. November 1, 2007 at 7:10 AM.

The "T5" Guy: July 2008
http://thet5guy.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
The writings of the life of a guy and his Taylor T5 guitar. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Last night was crazy. We played a few guitars we could not afford and then it was off to the concert. Next we arrived at Crew Stadium to find it to be lacking air conditioning, ok. I am just admitting it was hot! Others to say, "dang you are lucky" and even a " I can't believe YOU are at a DMB concert! I was impressed with just how little Dave interacts with words with the crowd, but his songs are highly interactive....

The writings of the life of a guy and his Taylor T5 guitar. Friday, May 30, 2008. I really like Mark Lee's post about positive blogging here.
