Confusion, but that is normal. Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Well, let's see. . .here's some updates on my oh-so-exciting life! Of course, Ren Faire is the big thing. As far as Jamie's dress goes, I'm almost finished. I need to attach the skirt to the top, add trim, and hem. That's about all. Mine is finished except for a few finishing touches. Confusion, but that is normal. Thursday, May 21, 2009. So, I can see the light at then end of the tunnel. . .I'm almost finished with the Ren. Faire dresses. Mine, as I think I've said before is more-or-less finished. Jamie's is almost to that point. I still have to hem both the outer dress and the chemise (she came over tonight so I could get the measurements I needed), add trim to the outer dress, and finish the sleeves of the chemise. Then I'm done! So, here's some pics of the (almost) finished dress:.

Confusion, but that is normal. Sunday, May 24, 2009. My weekend, so far. So, it's been a busy weekend for me! Starting Friday, I came home after work and finished both Jamie's and my Ren. Sadly, the decision was made on Saturday that Jamie would not wear her dress, because of the threat of rain (which would have ruined the dress). So, Saturday morning, Jamie met me at my apartment to get ready for the Faire. Around 10. As this was the first nice day (i.e. no hard rains) the Faire. I am so glad I went!

Tuesday, February 28, 2012. I am hoping I have taken the next step on my journey from fat to fit. I signed up at Jens Gym and had my stats taken. Overall stats were body fat percentage and then neck, arms, chest and legs were measured. I'm not sure my stats for the body but I have a Body fat percentage of 35%. To say that it required a rethinking of what I do and how I eat is an understatement. When I started back in trying to lose the 30ish pounds I had gained I didn't realise the improvements I would make and where I would be now. That is the 36lbs I gained plus 3 *grin*.
