Tuesday, June 9, 2009. We had the awana awards day two weeks ago. Brady will be a 2nd year Cubbie next year and Brooke will still be in Sparks. Its really great to hear them learn bible verses each week and to hear Brooke tell us the books of the bible. I enjoyed teaching Puggles this year. We had a great group of 8 kids and I will miss them as they move to Cubbies next year. Did yall join the pool on Battleship Rd? We should meet out there one day and let the kids play! Friday, April 24, 2009. We prayed for a miracle and Dell got one. My precious beloved husband is now without pain and is whole. He was welcomed into the arms of Jesus yesterday evening. While my heart is breaking, I would not wish him back if I could—he is free from pain. Dell fought a good fight for over 6 months. He endured things that I could never adequately describe…but he continued on always doing his part to try to get better. I will miss my best friend, but I know I will see him again someday.
