Deep Thoughts 4 a Man! Thursday, November 24, 2005. So we went for our Ultra Sound yesterday Baby is good. But the little shit would not cooperate. O sure we got some good pictures of Jr. But nothing that would allow us to determine any sort of gender. The little person inside my wife, well he almost sat up and waved but do you think that he would show us its genitals. No. There is one picture that we got that is completely amazing. The shot of the face man it’s a person in there! Happy Thanksgiving to m...

Monday, May 30, 2005. Descent into Hell-otherwise known as cleaning the storage rooms. Not really sure how to start this one. Hat do you mean? That's not what they mean when they say that? Okay so maybe we don't recycle it, we just horde it in the back rooms of our basement waiting for a time when loving item can be brought out and recycled! So the week started out like this. So spring pickup is next week in our area. I know that DH is gonna help. Okay, we'll help not a problem! DD#1 to Mom: I don't know?

Here it is Friday afternoon and this is the first time I've blogged all week. Not a good start to the new me! Actually we've had a great start to the new me! 25 days smoke free and 7 days into eating right for a new me! Are you following the common thread here? It's all about me! At least 23 years! Deep Thoughts 4 a Man!: June 2005
http://mdibon.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts 4 a Man! Tuesday, June 28, 2005. YESTERDAY. TODAY and TOMORROW. Taken from the AA-Toronto Web site. For my Father-in-law who is coming up on 15 years of sobriety. Good Job Pops. There are two days in every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension. One of these days is YESTERDAY with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. YESTERDAY has passed forever beyond our control. Wise words for anybody. No I don’...

Deep Thoughts 4 a Man!: August 2005
http://mdibon.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts 4 a Man! Wednesday, August 31, 2005. A Blog not worthy of a Title! Sorry for the lack of blogs. I have been writing manuals, something that I loath doing. Not in my list of responsibilities. However I guess that it falls under the As Assigned section of my job description. So hold on. I will think of something funny to write about. I hope. Here is a deep thought for a Wednesday afternoon. Work is the only thing in this life that sucks so much that they have to pay you to do it. We've gone s...

http://mdibon.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts 4 a Man! Monday, May 30, 2005. Neighbours make me laugh ;-). So my weekend was quite and uneventful, just some cleaning and household chores and of course the bi-annual grocery shop. That’s a blog for another day. I am still the winner cuz I made my wife puke in her mouth once. But I digress. So I go and check in on the wife make sure that she has not gotten a hold of any razor blades and the tub is not running! Bill: Shut up bitch. Julie: fuck you. Get out of my house. Julie: where is your...

Humbling Moments: September 2005
http://humblingmoments.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 29, 2005. And now we return to your regularly scheduled programming. At the end of August there are two things that are added to the usual "back-to-school need to buy" list. They are "TV Guide, New Shows for Fall Edition" and lots and lots of VHS Tapes. This is a time of research and trial and error. We try new shows and see if they fit two criteria: 1) we absolutely love them and 2) they don't conflict with any other continuing shows in our already busy TV schedule. Law and Order SVU.

Humbling Moments: December 2005
http://humblingmoments.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 29, 2005. Much sadness for the end of the year in Toronto. At least once a month my 15 year old requests that she be allowed to travel into the city of Toronto, a mere 30 minute train ride away. To go with friends to an all ages club, to go shopping with friends at the Eaton Centre or in the summer to walk Yonge Street with her friends. "But Mom, it's only a train ride away and we'll be together! What could possibly happen? This could have been your child. It was someone's child an...
