虾饼的 Asam Laksa. 马来人传统的传统的laksa都不放虾饼的，但不懂几时起有部分华人卖的laksa都会配搭上很脆的虾饼而在我的影像中第一次吃到有加虾饼的laksa是在一个位于吉打州居林，一个叫老火较新村的地方也是我妈妈的家乡，那里的华人多半都是客家人，而这档在住家前经营的laksa档就在新村的中间. 这间laksa档已经营业了很久，确实时间不太确定，但打从我小学就有了，所以应该也有约15/16年了吧这里的生意可说是非常好的哦，尤其是在周末。而在他旁边卖菜粿的邻居，也沾到laksa档老板的光，他卖的菜粿生意特好，而且最好事先预定，不然很难能买到，所以说要吃到好料也要碰碰运气的咯哈，，不过很可惜当天他没开档. 订阅：帖子 (Atom).
