One year in Southern Africa. June 29, 2010. A narrowly avoided case of E. Coli. I drink a lot of water. In fact, I drank 8-10 glasses of the water a day, as prescribed by the Canadian Food Guide and health professionals around the globe. I carry a water bottle with me most places I go, and water with lemon squeezed from the freshly picked lemons on my lemon tree is my new favorite bedtime snack.
