The biggest event in April was Easter and all the sugar associated with it. There were so many activities going on that it felt like Easter just kept going and going and going. We started off with our Stake Primary Easter Activity. This was my first activity as the Primary President in our ward, I was just barely called in so everything had already been planned, I just helped set up in the morning. This realization was the downfall of Easter. Our friend Kristen Hayes organized a huge Easter Egg Hunt for ...

More catch up, April seems like forever ago but here's what we did:. Bailey turned 11 months. This girl is growing up way too fast! Here are some fun firsts that happened in April:. She could say more, mama, dadee and tries to say duckie, hot dog, baby, bunnny - her favorite toy she got for Easter. Mimicked me a lot - brushing hair, putting toys in and out of things. One time I showed her how to put something small in a cup then she could shake it to make a sound. She loved it! We laughed so hard! I got ...

August 2011 Part 2: CLC, Walking, Play Time, a Farewell. The day after Rick and Janice's wedding reception in Utah, I had a craft fair "Craft Lake City". I spent quite a bit of time getting ready and even made a nice vinyl banner for my canopy. It was an incredibly hot day - we even put that huge garbage can right there to shade where I was sitting, but it turned out to be a pretty good show. 1/2 of my booth. She had a few scraped knees and scuffed up her shoes pretty bad but she got the hang of it!

Yes, I'm still convinced that I can catch up on blogging. Even though it's January and I'm blogging September, I know I can do it! So here's what happened in September, mostly in photos. Parks and an Ouch. I took Bailey to a park every day. We had a lot more time on our hands with it just being Bailey and I again, so we took advantage of the warm weather and sunshine while we could. By the way, Moscow is great in the parks department, there's like 15 parks in this tiny town! While in Kendrick, I talked t...

The Merrell's Brag Blog. May 8, 2011. I've snapped several pictures lately of Kenny and Audrey that make me think one thing:. He looks like her bodyguard. I'm sure I sound like a boastful mother, but with her sweet personality and gorgeous features she may just need one. :) I can't think of anyone better. Here comes Peter Cottontail. Does anyone have a good explanation for the Easter bunny? That said, we still had our share of Easter egg coloring, egg hunting and Easter basket surprises from said bunny.

Monday, August 19, 2013. Summer and Back to School. I started writing a status post on facebook that started getting long. It made me think about this blog that I haven't used in FOREVER, so I though I'd use it to expand my thoughts. Performances were Friday and Saturday nights. So with rehearsals 3-4 hours a day for 2 weeks, is it any wonder I didn't think much about preparing for school? Other fun things we have done this summer:. Season passes to Seven Peaks. Family reunion at Bear Lake.

Wow, haven't blogged in so long that blogger changed it's format - when did that happen? Anyway, here's a little about December 2011. I started the Holiday season off with some neighbor gifts. I love baking, especially sugar cookies and pretty much any other kind of dessert. It's always so hard for me to choose which dessert to bring to something or make for someone, this year I made snowflake cookies and chocolate peanut butter balls. Yum! One of our days in Utah we went to the Hogle Zoo with the Thomps...

Playing a little catch up now just to do some documenting. Here's what happened in March:. Bailey turned 10 months. Here's our monthly photoshoot, I couldn't get her to sit and look and smile anymore, so I just let her play. I. Love that she's in her onesie, it reminds me that she's still my little baby! Here are some of the fun things she did. I tamed the mohawk, finally! Could bite through cookies, hold a bottle, got a new sippie cup with a straw, and self feeding everything else. Found some new toys.
