These are my thoughts and what I learned from last summer’s camp season. Our camp theme for the summer was “Grow”. So, for four weeks I meditated on that theme and the Lord taught me some things about growth. So, what I learned was that we all. Boring, and that won’t do at Camp Daniel, so after checking out pricing for pre-made cupolas, Little Tony set out to build his own. He found out the basic sizing information online, and decided on 42” square for the base. They don’t look that big once on the building! Monday, October 27, 2014. October 11 and 18 were the last two work days for the year. We were blessed with great weather and even better helper both days. The above photo is the wellness center in the new building. It was drywalled, taped and the first coat of plaster was applied. Saturday, March 28, 2015. Progress on The Barn. Each day, work continues in The Barn. Karol has been busy putting up burlap bags, covering the walls. Tony and the guys have been busy wiring more electrical and hanging lights. They have also been putting up barn accents and decorations. We had one volunteer come help this past Monday, which was a great help. If you'd like to come help on a non scheduled workday, there is plenty of work to do! We have a scheduled workday on May 9th!
