My intent was to find a small vase and take a picture of the lavender, but the lavender is almost past bloom and I couldn't find a small vase. I used the mason jar that I got at last year's wedding. Links to this post. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. 7/21 A Couple of July Photos. 7/19 Posing Loon - Felt a bit sea sick after focusing while kayaking. Where have I been? Odd Number of flowers. And the Obligatory Hummingbird picture for July.

Friday, February 27, 2015. Afternoon Walk on the Snowmobile Trails. 2/27 Photograph The Season. Outside / Time of Year / Occasion. It was a good thing that there was an outside prompt today, since I needed the incentive to go for a walk. I should have gone cross country skiing, but as bright as the day was, it was still cold. I did do some extra processing in Perfect Photo suite with this shot to highlight the colors. This is what the lighting originally looked like:. Scenes around the yard. Online musin...

Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Trees I have "known" at Mt. Rainier. . . This will be my last entry on this blog as I have just about run out of photo space. Please join me over at PERBS. The new growth contrasts beautifully with the tree. The rock slides look like an angel on the left and Jesus on the right. The branches growing from the side of this trunk were contrasts from dead to fall colors to olive green. Can you see the SMILEY face in this tree trunk? Blue skies and snow! I liked this bent tree trunk!
