Uncle Andrew and Jane enjoyed playing with a set of four foam pads… it was great fun to put them together in different shapes and build forts and hideaways…. Asymp; Leave a comment. I love beef stroganoff, especially if there aren’t huge chunks of mushrooms involved. But if you are a lover, then by all means, throw ’em in. I’ve tried several recipes and this one is my fav. I love the flavor the cream cheese adds. 1 lb stew meat. 1/2 C onion, chopped. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 C beef broth. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (or homemade counterpart). 1 C sour cream. 2 oz of cream cheese (sometimes I add 4oz). 8 oz egg shell pasta, cooked. I’ve tried another banana pancake recipe that just has you slice the bananas and stir them into the batter. For some reason that sort of grosses me out. I guess it’s the texture.
