Lo so ma 1000 cose sono successe, niente di grave, eh, ma il tempo è sempre poco e l’ho dedicato ad altro. E poi a me le costrizioni proprio non piacciono! Ma veniamo alla ricetta di oggi che è davvero strepitosa! Ingredienti per una tortiera da 24 cm. 2/3 mele a seconda della grandezza. 150 gr di farina. 150 gr di burro. 150 gr di zucchero semolato. 1 1/2 di lievito per torte.

Cupcakes, Muffins, Libri and Co. O anche i biscotti più facili e buoni del mondo! Quest’anno volevo fare dei pensieri “golosi” e questi biscotti mi sono sembrati perfetti! A prepararli ci vogliono 10 minuti ma la soddisfazione che danno è incomparabile: sono burrosi e friabili, fantastici! 200 gr di farina 00. 150 gr di farina integrale. 210 gr di burro a temperatura ambiente. 80 gr di zucchero di canna. 70 gr di zucchero semolato. 2 cucchiai di latte. 1/4 cucchiaino di sale. Cuoceteli per circa 35 minuti.
