I took the kids to a local bounce house place, Kangaroo Zoo, with a bunch of friends. They had a blast. Nelly was so adventurous which wasn’t surprising. She is actually 7 month old now but we were a little late getting her to the doctors. Here are her stats. Height: 26.5 inches – 50%. Weight: 13 lbs. 15 oz. – 5%. Head: 16.2 inches – 8%. Sunday, September 23, 2012. We took Jake over to a local pond to see the ducks. We didn't have a lot of luck with them coming close. But we did chuck half a loaf of bread at them. I think Jake was confused that we had his car on the grass or something.he just kind of had a confused look on his face the entire time we were there. Oh well! Standing Tall.but not walking yet. Jake is sure standing tall and moving around on all of the furniture, but man, he will not walk on his own! Visit with Jake's Birthmom.

Sunday, July 22, 2012. Jake's 1st Birthday Party. We celebrated Jake's birthday the night of his actual birthday. We had planned to have a "picnic in the park", but as we were setting up, the wind was terrible and the clouds looked like they were going to open with buckets. So, thanks to my wonderful sister and brother-in-law, we made a last minute change and moved the party to their place! Practicing "touchdown".he hates the camera flash, LOL.
