Jen and Pauls Kitchen. Friday, September 4, 2009. Paul and Jen often have cravings for fresh oysters (mainly Jen). Our love for fresh oysters must've started back in Melbourne when we ate extremely fresh oysters which we could easily get from the fresh seafood markets at cheap prices! Ie $75 AUD ($45 HKD) for a dozen of Coffin Bay oysters at the Vic Market. We must admit that we really miss them! These are the variety of seafood the shop offers. hope it'll be good! And wish everyone a happy weekend ahead...

A surprise gift was prepared for the b’day gal and no doubt she was pretty dazed when she received it! The surprise was a 3d cake of her favourite character 'Spongebob’! The very HAPPY b'day gal! Jen and Pauls Kitchen. Monday, August 3, 2009. Another easy recipe that we made over the weekend is the Flan Crème Caramel. Again, we used Dr. Oethker's dessert mix. we absolutely love it! So easy.so yummy :) Try it out for youself! 1 packet of ‘Dr. Oethker’ Flan Crème Caramel dessert mix. 2 cups (500mL) cold milk. 6 small ramekins (small glazed ceramic bowls) or 2-3 large ramekins. 1 Pour caramel sauce into individual dessert dishes. 2 dissolve contens of custard pouch in 1/2. Cup (125 mL) cold milk.
