Jen's Adventures in Canada. Tuesday, May 29, 2007. This is not a walk in the park! So I went hiking today. Up the Squamish Chief, which is about 1.5 hours drive out of Vancouver. This was no walking track, it was more like rock climbing! Uphill for 1.5 hours, sometimes on all fours, sometimes up ladders, and there were even a couple of chains to help get up rock faces. Jen's Adventures in Canada. Tuesday, November 27, 2007. There was great excitement at work yesterday due to a forecast for snow in the afternoon. The antipodean contingent on the floor (there are quite a few Aussies) was particularly vocal with regular checks out the kitchen window and updates passed along. We didn't actually see snow yesterday, but look what I woke up to this morning. It was so amazingly beautiful. I think I actually squealed with excitement like a little kid! Turning into a pumpkin?
