Saturday, August 20, 2005. Homemade Motherflippin' Pizza Crust. 400 g flour (2 cups). 1/2 pkg baking powder (about 2 teaspoons). Mix it all together, in no particular order. I think you'll enjoy the consistency you get here. I always form it into a ball, wrap it up in saran wrap, and put it in the fridge. It makes it a little easier to handle and roll out later, and its nice to be able to have that made beforehand. Real, American, Freakin' Blueberry Muffins. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 cup cooking oil.
