Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Permanent Foundations Best for Manufactured Homes. All homes need a firm foundation. When you start building from the ground up, it is essential that the foundation used will support the house indefinitely. The slab is made 4” to 6” wider than the actual home to provide a “reveal” and ledge to install either vinyl or brick skirting to dress up the underside of the home. We take pride in what is under our homes because we know it is important to you and your home’s long...

Get in on the Good Life: June 2014
http://blog.getinonthegoodlife.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Happy 4th of July! Summer has officially arrived! All of us in the community look forward to the start of summer because the pool is open, fun outdoor events such as the ice cream social and Fourth of July parties are coming up, and so many beautiful colors are out in full bloom. We mark the start of summer with our annual pool party and picnic. Not only do we get to enjoy chatting with old neighbors, but we also get to meet the new people that moved in over the winter. May’...

Get in on the Good Life: Right Now!
http://blog.getinonthegoodlife.com/2015/03/right-now.html
Wednesday, March 18, 2015. New home buyers very often say, “Wished we moved sooner”. People start looking for a new home mainly because they are unhappy with their current property. The home hasn’t changed drastically over the years but the way we live in them and who lives in them does. A home does not meet our needs forever. Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Spring is almost here! I don’t know about the rest of you, but I know that I am ready for Spring! This has been a crazy cold winter. But even thru all the dismal weather we have had some great events at the community building. There was a Super Bowl Party, lots of pot lucks, a soup luncheon and a Valentine’s Day party. It was nice to see so many friends and neighbors at all of these events and other activities that took place in February. Get In On It. Posted by Jensen Communities.

Friday, August 22, 2014. Good Bye Summer…Hello Fall! The end of summer is here and I look back on the great time had with my fellow residents. There were so many events that we never had “nothing to do”! There were events that made us all feel like kids again such as ice cream socials, pool parties and parades. It’s events like these that make me realize how much fun we have and reminds me why I chose to move to a Jensen community. We start to plan for the holidays and all the get togethers. Get In On It.
