For those of you who guessed borscht, you are right! It dyed my fingers purple. It turned out so good though! I loved it. It was pretty easy too, besides chopping a million vegetables. No surprise that Jacob loved it too. I couldn't get Hudson to eat it, but he had fun playing with a left over one in a bag. Don't be afraid to try new food!
