Thursday, June 30, 2011. Another thing I'm doing differently this time is that I am keeping up with my exercising. I worked out Monday and Tuesday and plan on it tonight. I do weights and/or Elliptical. I haven't exercised in the past while on hCG and when I start up afterward, I always seem to gain an outrageous amount so I thought this time I'll exercise while on it and maybe it won't be so bad after. Coffee with English Toffee Stevia. 100 grams 96/4 beef, taco style. 100 grams Chicken with seasoning.

Friday, October 29, 2010. Wednesday I did a protein day and it seemed to work. I was down 4.4 pounds bringing me 0.4 below maintenance. Today I am up again but only 0.4 over weighing in at 180. Monday, August 30, 2010. Busy, busy weekend. What a crazy weekend! 2 egg omelet with 1 slice of bacon and green onion cooked in coconut oil and a tiny bit of butter. Friday, August 27, 2010. Last day before P3. Make it a great day! Thursday, August 26, 2010. Let the maintaining begin! Make it a good day! Wednesday, August 25, 2010. I will succeed in round 4 and get to my ultimate goal of between 165 and 170. No doubts whatsoever. Now on to 3 days of VLCD, no hCG and then P3. Stabilizing here I come!

Saturday, July 2, 2011. Day 6, VLCD. Day 6 of VLCD and TOM showed up. Ugh. He always ruins everything. I have cramps and feeling miserable. I really wish I didn't have to deal with it. I don't need the stuff anyway. It's not like I'm going to have kids or anything. I digress. Today is day 6 of VLCD. I'm down 1.2 pounds making it a total of 10.6 pounds in one week. My goal is 185. If it's more then woo hoo! Trying a new recipe for chicken stuffed tomato. Friday, July 1, 2011. Day 5, VLCD. Load 1 208.8.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Not going so well. Maintenance isn't going so well for me this time. I am up 4.4 pounds. I have not done a steak or protein day yet. I was hoping it would balance out since I started on Sunday. That's the bad thing. I usually lose a couple of pounds right before which could've been the day I determined my maintenance weight.
