Monday, March 30, 2009. Day 3 Week 1. Well today has practically been a wash.  I didn't get to work out because of work, shopping, going to see a thing at my sister's college, and my mom's birthday dinner.  At least I got to celebrate her birthday with her - that was nice. . 1 c TJs cereal. 1/3 c cottage cheese w/ pineapple. 1/2 c plain nonfat yogurt . Dinner (or what I planned on dinner being before I blew my cover at Olive Garden). 1/2 c lowfat apple crisp . 1/2 Lara coconut cream pie bar. Day 2 Week 1.

Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Well I'm finally seeing the scale go down instead of staying the same, or even worse lately.UP. . Today I weighed in at 115.8 and am hoping to be at 114 or so by Saturday for my shower! We'll see what happens.  Regardless, I'm training hard this week and for the next 5 weeks until the wedding ahhhh! Yogurt with some high fiber granola and blackberries. 1/2 piece whole grain toast with 1/2 T nutella and 1/2 T PB. Subway mini turkey sub with tons of veggies and a little bit of sweet onion sauce!
