I'm originally from the Banff area and I've been taking images for twenty years. I attended university in Vancouver, British Columbia. My undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of British Columbia. The Bond Between Mare and Foal. October 25, 2016. I spent some time revisiting my images from Iceland and I came across this photo of a mare with its foal. The foal was very shy, skitterish and suspicious of the human with a camera. The foal was always within close proximity of the mare.
